About Us
Megan Gresham, Owner/Attorney
Megan is a South Carolina attorney with over a decade of experience, focused extensively on criminal law. She has represented clients facing charges in magistrate, municipal, and General Sessions courts, handling everything from DUI cases to domestic violence, and advocating fiercely for their rights at every stage of the legal process.
Her background includes work as an Assistant Attorney General, city prosecutor, and public defender, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both sides of the courtroom. Megan is committed to delivering compassionate, strategic representation and guiding her clients through some of the most challenging times of their lives.
Outside the courtroom, Megan stays active in the legal community through her membership in the Lexington County Bar Association and on the Law Related Education Committee of the South Carolina Bar.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son, dog (Lily), and cat (Nora). She also likes to bake and travel.
